Every First-Friday starting on March 2 9am–noon:
COLT will meet every first Friday at CreationOvation Art Center in Promenade Peninsula of Rolling Hills Estates for a casual get together, a themed project, then some inspirational and entertaining talks.
Creativity is not just about making art, drawing, or painting. The root word of Middle English for “creat” means: to form out of nothing. The Latin origin: to produce. Thinking and dreaming is virtual—but not real. To transform, produce and to create thoughts and ideas into states of usefulness, creative people need fuel. An effective fuel is inspiration and other creative people is a great resource. COLT can be a networking of inspiration to find a way to get the results you want, whether that is to be more productive and to be more expansive in your creative process.
Theme: Drawing You Out of Isolation
We all have the same ruts, bad days, creative blocks, and insecurities. Self-imposed mental and physical isolation can often prevent us from flourishing in all parts of our lives—so come out! By listening to people talk about their own isolation you’ll find that you’re not so different. Find your way to powerful creativity through others.

Speakers begin talks at 9:30
